PRE-ORDER POLICY

When a popular NOVO Tan product sells out and is in high demand, we often bring out a pre-order to allow our customers to secure the stock. The pre-order wait time varies between 2-6 weeks but an estimated date is always specified in the product description.

 To avoid confusion, it is always best to order a pre-order item on its own. If you add an 'in stock' item to your order, it will not be sent out early and will be delivered with your pre-order. 

Please note that there are major delivery delays nation wide, due to COVID-19. These delays are out of our control, and may effect estimated delivery times. But rest assured, we will send out your delivery the same day we receive our stock.

Once a pre-order is purchased we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if delivery is delayed due to COVID-19,
